As a System Administration Specialist (SAS), Harun Abdulle is responsible for distributing, supporting and troubleshooting all hardware and software used by TN eCampus Central Office staff and faculty mentors. Hardware support includes all desktop computers, laptop computers, tablets and mobile devices provided to staff for use in fulfilling job responsibilities. Software support includes Windows and OS X operating systems, Office 2013 and Office for Mac, browser support and related plugins (Java, Flash, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, and other software as needed. Harun is also responsible for assisting with user and course creation in the D2L learning management system and serves as Tier 2 support.
Prior to joining TBR, Mr. Abdulle worked as a senior shipping and logistics specialist at DELL, Inc. Harun has an Associate's of Applied Science degree in Computer Networking.
