Working with ProctorU

ProctorU is here to help

TN eCampus provides ProctorU as an option for learners who have difficulty locating a suitable physical testing site. ProctorU should be viewed and offered as a last resort, but instructors should never withhold ProctorU as an option for learners.

At some campuses, TBR testing centers are not open to students who are taking TN eCampus 7-week accelerated courses. TN eCampus provides ProctorU services at no charge to students enrolled in accelerated 7-week courses.

About ProctorU

ProctorU is a live online proctoring service that allows exam takers to complete their assessment at home while still ensuring the integrity of the exam for the institution.

ProctorU is easy!

Student exam appointments are available seven days a week. Students simply sign up, make an appointment, and return to the ProctorU site at the time of their exam. Students are connected with a live person from a proctoring center. If headphones or a webcam are needed, instructors can contact the Help Desk at tnecampus.helpspot.com/faculty (link is external)  TN eCampus will handle all equipment costs and shipping.

Setting Up ProctorU as a Testing Option

If you want to offer ProctorU as a test-taking option to students enrolled in 7-week courses, you must complete the ADF form and email it to Ryan Hubbard at ProctorU.
